First build uses an r3 2200g which wouldnt really run WoW that well and does not have a “traditional” graphics card. But the gpu portion of the APU is capable enough to do light gaming (significantly more than the intel integrated gpu).

The second build has a much weaker gpu and should not run WoW with any playable frame rates.

The 1st build would play WoW because of the superior igpu, but i would still recommend looking for a ryzen 5 2400g or a build with a gtx 1050ti/rx 570 for better performance.
