Hey all, happy patch day.
I’ve been playing rogue last season strictly for PvP (bg blitz and casual bgs) and barely PvE’d.
I want to get back into PvE this time around and was wondering if I should go affliction for pvp and destro for pve or if I should take the easier route by playing my hunter - bm for pve and mm for pvp.
I likely won’t be touching arenas much. I would like to get into solo delves and possibly mythics with friends. I did some pve on my lock at the start of TWW and did enjoy it, but I’m leaning towards hunter now. What would you play based on this?
Rogue is good for pvp and pve, why would you switch
I almost went rogue but I like ranged dps more for PvE. I don’t enjoy PvE as much as I do PvP on it even if it’s a similar rotation.
I have both, like both. Since I came back some months ago I do prefer the Warlock a lot now.
I mostly do PVE now.
What do you enjoy about the lock more so than the hunter?
The kit of the Warlock. I have a Destruction (Hellcaller) Warlock with the use of the Voidwalker and use of the spells find it very fun to play, powerful enough to have fun versus elite.
