Please Help Change Race

Hello everyone I have a problem with my purchase Change Race in my character screen the button is greyed out can’t click and yeah not working, how do I fix it? thanks

  • Your character must be at least level 10.
  • Pending paid services prevent completing a Race Change.
  • You cannot Race Change a character that completed a Race or Faction Change in the past 30 days.
  • Recently boosted characters must wait 72 hours before they can attempt any character services.
  • Not available for classes that only have one race option within their faction (druid, blood elf paladin, draenei shaman)
