It was clearly a mistake to make the Draenei human-like. And I disagree with the notion that the Alliance is the “normie”-faction. It was Blizzard’s fault in shoehorning them into this situation and giving the players three (!) human races in the first place.
The Alliance needs a complete overhaul and room for some unique monster races exclusive to them.
