Please give Death Charge its own GCD like Death's Advance

It’s not you, it’s just bugged. I made a castsequence macro where it’s physically impossible for me to press death’s charge again for 10 seconds, it will still use both charges at once. Very annoying, please fix =D

SAME! lol I figured I was just messing the macro up and gave up.

Never had this problem but i hope it gets fixed if it’s really a bug.
