Why they changed it Iāll never know.
I thought you were horde, canāt remember what race i remember you as though.
I like dwarves in general, but their racial is dumb. But as a reminder, evokers can remove most things on like a minute or minute and a half timer(canāt remember).

I was a Vulpera.
Until Mythic Sark, then I had to switch to Dwarf.
And then I found all the other stuff in M+ and raids that you could just remove with the touch of a button, because Stoneform isnāt just OP with current game design.
Stoneform is easily, right now, the most powerful racial in the gameās entire history.
Itās THAT stupid.

Problem theyād have with removing Stoneform would be the same as how Diplomacy for humans got changed, youād have people whining, griping, and complaining demanding more than they got as if entitled to it like how some human players are doing because their racial became a hearthstone based one instead of reputation. They got abilities as itās flavor text for each race, some racials are so dumb but they got their uses in some way. Every time someone gets an OP racial people complain, every time someone loses one people complainā¦ how about we just leave them well enough alone or just make them not as effective in mythic plus or PvP to make everyone more equalā¦justā¦ to stop all the dang griping and complaining.

I have a few dwarves, Stoneform not influencing that(I think cast animation and how they look in cloth is great) but yeah, thatās just dumb.
If they removed the debuff removal from Stoneform & Fireblood, they would STILL be two of the strongest races in the game, in terms of racials.
Dwarves are TOP THREE in throughput for almost every spec in the game, and Stoneform contributes ZERO to that.
Dwarves are just overpowered from top to bottom.

Itās been a hot minute since I played Dark Iron, didnāt Fireblood have a dps bonus to it or something? I remember macroing it into my call of the wild.
Itās basically a free combat potion, yes. In addition to the debuff removal. Which is absurd.

Iām still laughing at how mad people are over the new dwarf race not getting a form of stone form. Either keep racials in M+ or turn em off all together in M+ problem solved.

On one hand it is clearly a really strong racial.
On the other hand, I donāt want them homogenizing the game for try hards.
Maybe you could just try playing what you want and start taking responsibility for your own death instead of blaming your lack of stoneform?
Itās ok to not play perfectly optimally, youāre not playing professionally.

Iām not interested in nuking racials just so a handful of players can maybe cheese a few mechanics in high-level content.
Maybe the route they should go is to group m+ keys and rated pvp (maybe mythic raid?) that are above a certain threshold into a ācompetitive modeā that just disables racials.

Meld was almost useless back when it couldnāt be used in combat. I donāt care how many animated emojis you use.
Iām getting sick of the 1% whining about racials and getting them ruined for the rest of the game.
No oneās forcing you to be a dwarf.
How about instead we just make potions that can provide meld/s-form-like abilities that other players can use on a similar cooldown, instead of taking things away?

I was playing beta and not sure how I got it but I had a potion in my bag that did exactly what stoneform does so maybe weāll have it if they keep it on release.
Edit: this was Kyrian phial not a new potion I summoned her before entering necro wake ^^

Should they get rid of Evokers too since we can get rid of bleeds and most everything else? Every race, class, spec brings something unique to the table.

At least we are getting those race changing scrolls in TWW. So we can kinda play what we want and still have stoneform.

Just make a debuff flag that stops it being removed through unintended means and blanket apply it to any significant mechanic in group content.
