This game is still primarily an RPG. The gameplay and theme would be impacted negatively by a lack of guards. This would erase the idea of factions owning territory entirely.
I like guards. They add a strategic element to fighting in civilized zones. It also rewards map knowledge (where guards spawn, which static NPCs will join a fight, etc).
Or stop making a raid group to camp the FP because it takes 40 of you to handle solo questing Horde to get your weekly Overwhelming privilege from the Blizz gods.
Nah his response was rather generic lumping everyone who plays the opposite faction into weak “wolf-sheep” who only play or do things when they have the opportunity to win.
I mean a lot of players on BOTH factions will avoid 1V1s but not all of us do and especially not Ret paladins. LOL
Let’s not talk about which faction runs from fights… all are the same . Just now 5 man alliance group jumped me on the way to the last quest in the invasion , I got away with invisibility potion, turned around and ambushed the last guy of the group as they were going back. Almost got him half way down before his buddies came back , killed me and put the flag of ownership on me . 5 on 1 . . I am sure they are proud of their fighting skills .
