Please fix World Quest timers!

I work a normal job and have a normal life like anyone else and when I get caught up in things I have to do, I am happy to know that even if I get on late at night that I can still do some World Quests and they will reset daily at 10am the next day. At least that’s what I THOUGHT. Apparently that’s not at all how World Quest resets work. If I get on late and do WQs at 2am, they wont all reset and respawn until the same time the next day!! So now I’m stuck having to wait until 2am every day for all the new WQs to spawn! Blizz, how about instead of this dumb timer, you actually have World Quests respawn at 10am the next day and have a daily system like that just like Raids reset and Dailies reset! I’m trying to do World Quests to unlock Allied Races and I cant even do it properly and time it out because this system locks me into only being able to do the World Quests at the same time I did yesterday and I have to keep doing that every day! It’s so dumb!

People play this game all over the world in all kinds of timezones. The point of staggered WQs as compared to the static daily quest reset is so that all through the day some will be changing over. It means that whenever you log on there are some WQs to do, and if you log on again a bit later there will be some new ones. Or if you log on 24 hours later you will have all new ones.

Any quest that spawns at 2am will still be there when you were normally going to log on tomorrow. They last 24 hours. Please don’t stay up later than you want to just to catch a WQ change.

It might make more sense to you if you install a WQ addon (I use World Quest List, there are several others) that can show you all the WQs in a sortable list with their time till expiring.
