Right, I mean at launch we were able to use the outer camp npcs.
But now it doesn’t put us on that phasing ever.
I’ve had this happen a couple times.
It’s interesting when you click accept to the queue for entering WG only to be instadeleted the moment you zone in to an Alliance owned keep (and conversely the same for Ally zoning in to be deleted by Horde).
Also the winning and then not having control has happened.
Might I suggest trying to post this on the Bug Report forum? Might not have much in the way of an impact, but would likely be seen by eyes who matter better than GD.
I’ve looked at bug report forum and it seems to be all about retail so I don’t bother to try there. 
Plus other wotlk enjoyers will bump it here but wouldn’t see it there.
That’s gotta be my favorite bug at this point, how they just can’t even fix spawn points after months.
The bumping is fair but getting a blue to respond/see anything on the GD forums is like winning the lottery.
At least on the bug forum you might have a dev or somebody see it and make an attempt at addressing it.
On these forums it’s just a major gripefest.
You’re providing information on a legitimate bug … whereas the majority of other threads just imply there are bugs without specifying the bug/problem.
No essence buff. No keep.
No outer camp npcs.
No quests. Inaccessible content that used to work at launch.

Devs are too busy adding things that weren’t in WotLK, like titan rune dungeons, instead of making sure actual WotLK features are working properly.
