It IS upside down…just look at those Alexstrazas (?) on the edges, they are upside down.
Nothing wrong here, you show the holy text to others, you aint reading them, you already know them by heart.

The new animation for wings that was added in 8.1 (?) is applied way, way too low on the back of Male Draenei/LFD, and it attaches to their lower back. Roughly where lower back tattoos, colloquially referred to as “tramp stamps” are done. Add to that that it is in fact wings, which is a stereotypical tramp stamp tattoo, and it looks really bad on us.

Ah. That placement is a little weird on my dwarf too iirc.

Both look bad. The book’s orientation is a more minutia to me, but that detail can be glaring - I can definitely appreciate that.
Have you folks noticed how the holy artifact weapon may sometimes be wielded as a polearm and sometimes as a two-handed? I’ve noticed this on Fair.
To me the animation looks like I’m showing someone else the book. Which is fine with me.
But I can see where it’d bother people.

No, honestly, if their goal was to show the book to others (which I don’t assume) they would have angled the book more outward.
It’s just lazy developing (if it’s not a bug, didn’t test it on my pally), although I have to admit, I would never have noticed, because I don’t zoom in that much while casting.
Yeah that’s just going to be my headcanon because otherwise it might bother me.
I honestly don’t look at the animation closely, too busy looking at healthbars, pewpewing, and the crap I could potentially be standing in.
Hehe.
Maybe Blizzard will sneak in a fix. Along with my skin color mismatch. *grumbles
Could also be a “check this out, I don’t even need to read the book, this is all just showboating - I have it memorized…”
Wouldn’t mind a fix, though!
