Please fix skirm q and make it xfaction ty

Hello,

When I say ‘fix skirm q’, I mean address the 2v3, 1v2 thing (do it like shuffle 0/4 or 0/6 role check). Also make it cross faction.

This is the only exhibition arena mode, can you please.
