idk man maybe it was a new account with a super veteran player, or maybe he paid for a boost idek dunno who you’re talkin about,
whatever the case though least the boost probably cost him more

I just don’t see any prestige in being either a) a player that can just make new accounts and easily grabs 2400 or b) a player that buys a boost to get a mount. Like, the fact that you can get boosted to get it kind of takes the wind out of any prestige I would give to someone with it (though that can be said about a lot of things).
I don’t have the same thoughts with KSM mounts or AotC mounts since they’re so much easier to get. Like glad mounts are so rare that at this point it’s a rarity to hear that anyone new crawled up to 2400 in 3s (not RSS). It’s either the same folks who always do or a boosted player. So it’s really just prestige between the usual 3s glads if one missed a season’s mount for whatever.
It’s fun to hear stories of players making it to 2400 for the first time in RSS or getting KSH by just pugging groups, but I never see stories of the struggle of players to get to 2400 in 3s unless it’s the usual glads complaining about deflation. There is no honor or glory in having the glad mount in my mind.
if ur that good its kinda badass
ya idk man, generally its pretty obvious when it happens. Talk to blizzard about enforcement on that one. /shrug.
