So many issues with the class, I’m just going to rattle off a few of the big ones:
- T3 set bonuses are somehow even less creative than T2.5, T2 and T1. The only consolation is that I probably wont get most of the T3 gear before you guys implement the real set bonuses, but it’s not inspiring to see placeholder set bonuses on launch.
- Remove cooldown from flanking strike completely. You already take a significant DPS loss by using 3 GCDs on a slightly stronger wing clip to stack the buff. If you think about it, it’s kind of like imp scorch for mages.
- Make flanking strike into a double charge for both me and my pet (like retail), so I can quickly get back into melee range to continue DPS after running away for mechanics. Also useful in pvp to catch up with ranged people before they kite me to death and I die of shame…
- Invest in pet class fantasy. If you want us to use pets, make it worth our time to train a pet and have more than just a 2.0 attack speed cat with only Claw trained.
- No interrupt/stun? Am I even a melee class?
- Make carve a skillbook. It’s time.
- Traps and Boss hitboxes, do they even exist?
- Something to put in the ranged slot? The lvl 50 STV PVP bow has been bis ever since it came out. Can we get something interesting, like a grenade launcher thing that lets us do some additional AOE?
- New quivers with interesting effects?
- New ammo types?
So sad…
