Merges with other low pops, transfers or character moves, whatever. Anything would be better than the current situation on most low pop servers.

I can’t believe this is even an excuse Blizzard thought people would understand. People will put an accent over every letter in order to play a character named Legolas.

Nobody actually cares about this. It’s an excuse from Blizzards end to avoid doing it.
Character transfers or bust. Blizzard ain’t getting another cent out of me until I can pay for a character transfer. If Blizzard wants to make a bunch of $15 + $25, they will add character transfers. But for some reason, Blizzard refuses. During Classic, Blizzard had allowed character transfers at this point in time. It is infuriating having leveled a Horde character on a realm that has less than 100 active players online at any given time, i.e. Mutanus.
