Can we PLEASE change Doom Winds from a random proc to a usable proc… I’m so sick of getting a doomwinds proc when packs are dead… it’s the dumbest thing when other classes get procs to use at will but we just lose so much dps because of such a stupid proc that we have 0 control over.
