Its been almost 6 months and The Bell Tolls is looking to receive no changes even going on the 11.1 PTR. Black Arrow is already usable above 80 and below 20, the talent “Makes it usable above 80 and below 20”, which means it does nothing.
This survived Beta, almost 6 months of Live, and now its on the 11.1 PTR with no changes. You reworked Pack Leader, you took away Marksmans Pet and redid their entire talent tree… can we just make this talent just anything useful? Or just anything above a null value?
