I’m getting an error message that I can’t log on the game; I’m getting error message 1903006 but my wife is able to log into the game without any problems.

I can’t get in either, same error.
I have the same error and the funniest thing is I clicked on the LINK in the GAME’S LOADING SCREEN using the SAME COMPUTER and it OPENED A BROWSER, REDIRECTED ME TO BLIZZARD’S PAGE it said, oh it’s probably an internet connection problem ON YOUR END. I’ve worked tech support for years and if I can connect to the internet to get that info from Blizzard, guess what - IT’S NOT MY CONNECTION!! I love and respect Blizzard but come on, A) admit there’s a problem and B) GET RID OF THAT STUPID HELP PAGE!!
I’m not sure whether this is on the game’s end or not, but what you’re saying isn’t true at all. People come here all the time with connection problems while they can still connect to websites. In fact, virtually 100% of people who are disconnecting from the game can still connect and post to the forums, even if the connection problem is on their end.
My wife and I share the same modem. I was online 30 minutes ago, and now I can’t. Its not my internet. She’s able to log on right now.
