How do i earn the currency for the sets?
And is there anything beyond the sets i should want?
(I did the main quests other than the world bosses as no one wants to kill them)

Do normal Anniversary things.
Also do the raid, and timewalking Classic.
Do the questline as it’s available. It will also be in Tanaris.
