I am on Eitrigg, and the server, like many others, is dead. The only way I get to raid is LFR and I prefer to do upper level raiding. The guild I belong to has roughly 3 ppl that play (1+ my wife and I). We used to have 4 or 5 raiding teams… Anywho… A guy I know that plays on Eitrigg says he raids with a guild from another server. Can anyone explain to me how that works? THEN… does someone need a Paladin Tank (Horde or Alliance) for 1800CST to 2130CST raiding?
For non-Mythic level raids, it’s as simple as joining a raid group with others and zoning into the raid instance. Generally, those groups will have a custom in game community set up so that you can join that and chat with others while not in the raid together; allowing planning and such.
For Mythic level raids, you’ll just need to wait until the current raid has the Mythic Hall of Fame completed, which is 100 guilds clearing it on Alliance and 100 on Horde. After that, you can also raid Mythic difficulty cross realm. Until then, though, you’re limited to Heroic or lower difficulty, cross realm.
