I drop a repair bot, put a marker down on it. Say VERY clearly EVERYONE is to use the repair bot, to top off.
1 pull later “Hey my gear is broke do we have a repair bot we can use?”

I dont trust this “repair bot” how do i know hes repairing the right thing? what if hes repairing stuff i dont want him to?
Little do you know I’m playing the game on hard mode. If i fail and gear breaks it’s intended by design!
It’s like when nobody eats from your table, then asks you to conjur food in the middle of a fight. 
but how do a know where that table came from? what if its a stolen table? think about it. that table is just conjured out of SEEMINGLY nowhere. seems a bit suspect. how do i know you mages didnt just get that table out of a back of a shady mole machine? then i accept the food and BAM next thing the azeroth police in jail for accomplice to a stolen table.
I go a little bit further and say this:
“Jeeves is up, marked with Star. Everyone repair. Everyone. Don’t be THAT GUY who asks for Jeeves in 10 minutes.”
It’s almost foolproof. We did have a guy be THAT GUY last night but we’re rusty after a few weeks of time off and he even apologized and joked about being THAT GUY when he asked for the 2nd Jeeves.
