Please evaluate and buff raid rewards

Raids feel like an absolute waste of time, and so do M0s for that matter.

You have opened the genie bottle with delves, where at least each run can guarantee you a piece of loot. And now you’re nerfing them because people like closer to deterministic rewards instead of fixing your raid loot.

A raid takes well over 3 hours to go through, with significant organization and dps/heal/mechanics checks.

And for a clear of normal Nerubar, you are rewarded with crappy 590-603 loot. If you even win anything rolling against 10+ people on average.

Heroic has even tighter checks and unforgiving mechanics. You get 610 gear.

Meanwhile you do your 4 weekly T8 delves and you come out with high end normal raid tier loot and your vault is giving you 616 ilv loot. For less time investment and organization. And the loot piece is guaranteed, even though by the Blizzard special they may screw you with 3 capes in a row.

DO NOT NERF DELVES.

LOOK AT YOUR REWARDS SYSTEMS FOR THE OTHER CONTENT. THEY SUCK.

I could see m+ going the route of delve keys.

Every week, your keystone has 4 charges on it. You use a charge to get a piece and reroll your key. But you can run any dungeon at any level without loot.

  1. M+ becomes not infinitely farmable for loot, so they can scale the rewards up to include mythic track.

  2. Push teams could push whatever dungeon for IO that they wanted without needing to do “homework keys”.

Raids just need the bonus roll system reimplemented. And probably need to separate the gearing from the competition side. Like clearing mythic is a season long goal, hiding some of the loot (often the best loot) behind that is rough.

In my opinion, heroic should probably be a bit harder and drop mythic loot. Mythic raid should mostly be cosmetic and decoupled from the gearing path. Like the raid equivalent of high push keys or matches over 2400 PvP rating.
