Dude Demo lock is absolutely busted right now in 3s. Like beyond busted. DH is broken, but Demo is on the EXACT same level of busted.
The reason why is because Demo is a pet spec, and not just a pet spec but an insanely strong pet spec right now. BM is also a pet spec and stupid when you can pillar hug and let your AI pets do 100% of your damage.

I don’t think you’re getting what I’m saying, when a pet spec faceroll class like Demo is busted the game is just not fun anymore when you have AI doing 100% of your damage while you can sit behind a pillar.
The same is true for BM, when BM Is busted the game just isn’t fun for people to play.

As an ex SPriest main: they need help in PvE, but pvp wise they need absolutely hammered.
Not really the same, imagine if beastial wrath was a hard cast that could be kicked and when you did get it off your pets had to cast abilities to do damage instead of unstoppable melee damage.
I see what you’re saying but we’re not the same and if BM just hit a little harder or if hunters had the tankiness of locks then you would be the s tier class.
Dude most of your damage is not from Tyrant, it’s big felstorm which is an insta cast ability you have your insane felguard use. You are NO different from a BM hunter, except you can fear lol.

Legit. Its all dreadstalker, pitlord, and felstorm. Tyrant does maybe 10% of ur dmg.
If you got whittled down by all of that then your healer is afk or got the juiciest cc train ran on him, which is what I would do personally but anyways can’t reason with you people so gl/hf!
That damage isnt considered “whittled” lol. That damage combined is unhealable consistent pressure. I’m just glad right now BM defensives are so weak or else we’d have two zoo specs just crushing the ladder. What I wouldn’t give for Soul leech, Dark Pact, 3 healthstones, gate, port etc…
I take your points, but I still think its a big jump to say that RSS just “doesnt matter.” Maybe Im wrong, but I dont think Im the only player who actually started to try out arena because of it (despite its many admitted flaws).
I dont want to misrepresent your position, but it sounds like youre saying that PvP is only relevant for balancing if voice chat is involved. And no disrespect, but I think that’s a bit cynical, especially when it lets us just brush off the data from a rated pvp mode where certain specs are just playing a completely different game. Whatever the reasons are, I think that still warrants attention.

I mean DH can do huge burst, or they can do huge sustained, or they can have an MS. They can’t have all 3 which they currently do. Something has to get gutted.
