Shadow Surge proc is incredibly rare to proc. This is one of the actual balanced procs of Black Arrow. One instant from Black Arrow will proc Shadow Surge for about 200-300k damage.

Yea I forgot it even had a DoT because it ticks for 3k damage. The original point though still stands…he didn’t die to a Black Arrow DoT lol
