Please don’t cater to horde and cave on AV

LOL. No. The AV map is completely designed in favor of a Horde defense.

I honestly don’t care about playing with my friends in av. The bg was designed to solo que for and people have found a way to cheat the system. Unfortunately I don’t imagine blizzard will fix this as even in tbc and wrath people were doing this. I can’t say for vanilla cuz I hated av even more then I do now.

Honestly, whatever struggle there is/was has been greatly exaggerated. Both Horde and Alliance are amazingly fun factions, and excellent for leveling, playing, etc.

One of the best things about Classic is that for people who are pushing rank, they have the choice to choose whether to play back-to-back, never ending BGs, or to go at a slower pace, with a break between each. If I cared about rank, I know which I would prefer.

Of course, most people by now, who play WoW relatively consistently have at least two max level characters, so we can choose whether we would prefer the queue times or not.

Seriously lol. The alliance have the best choke point in the world of choke points. How is it in favor of horde for defense? Especially since alliance so easily pummels us in 9 mins or less in nearly every single game where a premade is involved. Even with us defending. The only way we push alliance back is having 30+ defend. Y’all can literally take 5 -10 people and stick them on your choke point and keep 40 out.

Im leveling an alliance rogue at the moment. Not as a reroll but because i’ve had level capped rogues on both factions for years and it was something I wanted even before classics release. I’m actually really curious to see what it’s like on both factions on my server instead of going by only what people say on the forums.

What choke point? When there is so many ways around it. You can back door into the Alliance base and skip the bridge. You can ride around Stormpike Graveyard. The Iceblood chokepoint is the best chokepoint on the map when it is fortified. When it’s a zerg then yeah the map favors Alliance. But it’s much harder to overcome a Horde defense than it is to overcome Alliance defense.

OP is an idiot who doesnt know what hes talking about but hes right in general that they should not cave to horde crying. they caved to alliance crying by releasing BGs earlier and im sure we will get AB sooner rather than later (january)

This is no more than a vengeful plea for Blizzard to remain incompetent. I’d rather competent developers instead of wishing for continued incompetence out of spite.

Agree 100%.

Alliance need the premades to be somewhat competitive in pvp… Keep the premades or let the alliance level to 65 or something.

if aliiance wanna cheat with solo pulling derk …

Why can’t the Horde make premades, too? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Premades work in alliance cause of the instant q times.

Horde has to deal. Deal and stop whining about the q times…

Why do long queues prevent premades?

I can not agree with this post simply because allowing faction changes help to balance the realm populations (potentially). Blizzard would need to only allow it to and from specific realms but anything that helps balance should not be casually dismissed.

I’m pretty sure blizzard did cave to all the whining about WPVP and released BGs a few weeks ahead of schedule.

Here’s three I found in a few minutes of looking. I’ve read additional comments on this as well.

I’ve faced more 15-20 man Ally groups than premades (which I’ve only encountered one thus far).

They do fill pretty quickly, but in my experience in these matches (around 10-15) it isn’t fast enough to prevent the Ally from getting completely rolled.

But I love

Since they aren’t in the discord and coordinating premades, who cares about the Alliance who fall through the cracks? They don’t matter anyways, ya know. They shouldn’t care about being rolled and losing every time.

It goes really well with this sentiment:

Why should premades be crippled by the nooby Ally?!

This cannot be done, period. It doesn’t work for Horde.

This is so true. I play Heartseeker Horde, and had to fight off peeps to avoid ganking when trying to talk to the lone living Auctioneer in Orgrim - but I miss the WPvP phase so much! We’ll never have anything like it again, and it was cut short due to the complaints. It really does make me so sad =/

I don’t know about your server, but Horde would AFK right outside of BRD daily during phase 2. That’s how safe it was for the Horde on Fairbanks.

and what’s the difference when you horde are camping boats, fp, and dungeon entrances preventing lower level alliance from making any progress in their endeavors?
