The best part is that none of those have to be bad. The gun for sure could easily be brought on par with the LW bow (which is highly desirable by both BM and MM) just by adjusting the attack speed to match. The issues with the prof tools could be fixed just by lowering them 40 skill points so they are on par with the skill req for literally every other profession tool craft in the game.
Ugh, it’s just so frustrating how much of a mess it is.
