A drought keeps you coming, Blizz knows you have nothing else to do and a lot of time to kill during the pandemic- that’s why they’re leveraging that to make loot ultra rare so you stay hooked longer.
From a player standpoint this sucks of course, but from a business standpoint this is like loot boxes and mobile gaming MTs- it looks ugly, but it’s great at doing the only thing that matters- getting your money.
