Applied here, talked to GM in game and an officer in discord, offered as much information as I could, both the guild master and the officer wouldnât dignify me with a response. Not even a âsorry we are looking for someone with more experienceâ. Just left on read with no response, the officer on discord unadded me so I couldnât message them anymore. I am a prior CE experienced player who has raided across many servers and classic wow, you would think this leadership would conduct themselves well enough to give a reply instead of just ghosting out.
Donât waste your time applying here unless you are unemployed, have 5+ CE achievements, 1000+ io and 205+ ilevel.

you never messaged me that you were doing your sale run in game, i assumed you were busy so i sent you a nice message then i went to contact your officer on discord and got the same treatment

I actually had the very same experience as above. Really unprofessional and rude GM and officer. Couldnât get a simple reply from either of them and they just removed me. Iâve applied to a lot of guilds in the past and this is the only one to stick out like this. Just shows how they treat people.
Also Iâm not some random pug I had 3x CE last expansion.
Edit: I wasnât even given the Iâll get back to you in x minutes. I said are you recruiting X? They said yes I sent them my logs and experience and no reply just removed.

Thanks for the free bumps 
. Weâve had to decline or completely remove some people from the guild due to personalities. Some disgruntled folks posting from not even max level toons. Some people canât be reasoned with and canât please em all. I can âcopy/pasteâ random snippets of chat logs too.

Donât mind the free bumps. Donât think it was a personality check, we didnât really speak much besides one sentence and me sending you a link of my logs.
Why donât you just own up to it like adults? If you donât consider someone a good candidate, you consider it fine to not respond and remove them from your friends list. I donât see the point in lying or trying to distract from this. The fact that you are is really concerning.
