The internal actions of these groups aren’t what I’m trying to understand. If they’ve all agreed to be a part of it and follow those rules that sounds like a standard PvP guild.
What I want to clear up is that these PvP “guilds” are also taking action against players who aren’t a part of their group to force them to either join or give up trying to rank up in PvP.
This includes contacting opposing faction guilds to target those who break their artificial brackets. All under the guise of fairness and, according to your post, lowering the difficulty normally required to reach the highest ranks of PvP.
