To the people controlling the brackets, you ranked your characters while trying to close the door to players you did not feel worthy. While you all paid for your place others worked to earn their title.

I suspect that you are not an adult, so you should discuss this with your parents or guardians. This is a competitive game that is designed in a way that it could lead to unhealthy behavior. The people who care for you should be able to explain it further.

You have NO obligation to abide by their “rules” and are free to break as many brackets as you wish.
However if you are going for very high ranks in the future, you may have to befriend these people and should stay on their good side

I did try to be a part of the rankers
Screen shot and report it all. Especially if you have ones where they are selling ranks.
If you have unlimited free time, break brackets again and again. They are toxic players and deserve to be screwed over. The harder they cry about it, the better you’re doing.

all they’ll do is raise the cap until casual rankers are unable to do it but ok
Yeah unfortunately some of the most toxic beings in gaming are doing pvp ranking, if you can’t beat them, figure out a work around to get what you want, otherwise you have to play their game.

I do have screen shots of much of what has happened. I was hoping since I never bothered them and when asked I stopped that would be the end. Never expected other adults to be so cruel.

is it? I’d rather just get my desired rank and gtfo. My server’s caps right now are very low because all the nutty toxic pvpers already finished so everyone’s chill ranking even at the top end. I know for a fact though that they would double caps if some random started breaking caps though, which just ruins it for everyone, casual rankers and hardcore rankers alike.
Double? Those are rookie numbers. If I had unlimited free time and someone pissed me off, I’d push the cap into the millions just out of spite.

Noone wants to break brackets…normally but when they only allow the chosen to rank out you’re going to get breakers.
After talking to Pe__o and fre__yg we agreed I would be told my cap each week. When I asked for my cap Fre___g informed me he stepped down. No cap was given to me. So I have decided to rank Ottillie again and play mage on the side.

I know the reason for controlling the brackets, but who appointed them the arbiters of PvP? I never agreed to their brackets. For them to get mad that I’m not following their agenda is absolutely lolworthy.
I might go along if they were at least cool bros, but they’re not. The classic PvP ranking community is filled with the biggest weasel scum I’ve ever run across.
Break brackets, let them get mad. Cyberbullying isn’t real, enjoy their salt.

no one, but when you have enough people who want to stack and are able to push caps to insane levels then they have the power to deny top brackets from people
it’s just power dynamics bro, whether you agree to the brackets or not
then just ignore them, top brackets are the only ones they can really lock down. bracket 12 and below are usually wide open so just do your thing. If you want to push rank 13/14 though then yeah I would say keep the peace
