Please Creat *NEW* Mage Tower *WEAPON* Appearances Each Expansion

New Mage tower weapons are sorely needed. I feel the legion Mage tower weapons were some of the best looking Weapons in the game and if you missed out in legion you’re forever relegated to a subpar looking weapon.

I think it would be fair for people that completed and didn’t complete the Challenge modes in Legion to be able to anticipate another opprotunity to earn different cool looking weapons.

That way people that earned the old appearances don’t feel like there effort was wasted and feel good about earning something people don’t all have due to hard work.

I’ll be honest, sometime I get discouraged everytime I log into a specific character because he has a subpar looking weapon and constantly wish I didn’t have all that real life stuff happen during legion…

I think alot of people would truly enjoy new mage tower content each expansion to earn new WEAPON rewards.

Post in this thread if you’d like more Mage tower expansion specific weapon rewards. I feel this will help everyone and really bring this wanted feature to the attention of the devs.

I’m here for more mage tower gear especially if it’s permanent. I mean I don’t want to overgear the tower I just don’t like feeling rushed to level x class and y spec. Makes me not want to bother with it.

…Please can hunters have some gear that isn’t unfortunate looking?

The lack of sparkle cat is the sole reason that I cannot bring myself to maining feral. I LOVE feral, but it will always feel incomplete to me.

I’ll be hoenst thats partly why I cant play my demon hunter to much , missing those glowing glaives that were welded by illidan himself makes my DH feel incomplete also . It wouldnt be a problem if I could earn a comparible cool looking weapon during the current expansion though =/

I know people want them to stay exclusive, but what about different colors of the same models.

No, because it’s in the fine print somewhere that we have to get the worst mog of all the classes.

Mage tower nonsense needs to die. They shouldn’t have brought it back in any form in the first place, imo.

They dont have to bring back the legion version of the mage tower, but a similar event with similar reward structure would be awesome. I dont understand why you wouldnt want more content…

As someone who already has the mage tower weapons, I think it’s time to let people earn them again. I do enjoy the prestige of it, but I know the feeling of missing out on something you weren’t around for - or maybe you just didn’t play a certain class back in Legion that you play now.

It’s time to let fomo die.

Lol No, I guess that’s just semantics. The Mage Tower was a fomo event, and now it’s gone.

The Mage Tower is still an example of fomo, it’s just over.

Why? Cause you don’t have skills to complete it or cause you don’t like challenging content?
But doesn’t matter your reason anyway, you can’t deny content for many people who enjoyed just because you don’t like it. The game is for everyone, and also, it was side content, completely optional.

Right absolutely, but I think FOMO weapons on the hi-res scale of legion artifacts are for more awesome

Also I should reiterate I wouldnt want the the orignal Legion Mage tower artifact appearences to come back, only a new weapon look each expansion to earn incase you missed out on a previous expansion you can still be proud of something and look cool for it.

For example a DH warglaives can look void in appearence rather then the mage tower flames from legion. Just a thought.

Been there, done that, on like 5 classes and something like 12 specs the first time. It’s the same reason as to why I’d just as soon uninstall the game than play “Classic”: been there, done that, not doing it again.

Seeing as I’m not management at Blizzard, no I can’t. All I can do is state my opinion and watch as people like you rage impotently about it.

I just find it unfortunate that y’all would actively encourage Blizzard to trot out the same, tired stuff over and over again rather than hold their feet to the fire and request something new. Because you’re giving Blizzard the short, easy, cheap out.

But you can’t fear something when it’s already done.

Regret and disappointment are already words that we have had. Fomo means fear of missing out. You already missed out. there’s no fear anymore.

Exactly , im all for having the originals unobtainable. Just add new equally good looking skins each expansion and then remove then once a new expansion is launched. It would basically be like PVP elite rewards but for PVE’ers lol
