very true even though its gonna be 2 years before tbc is even done we deserve to know now. THEY HAVE SEEN THESE FOURM POST BY NOW

They most definitely have! And all we’re asking for is clarification on the TBC phase of these new servers. Will it progress? Will there be an option to stay in TBC? What happens to these characters? What’s the end game? I highly doubt that hasn’t been discussed internally. Why they won’t communicate that with their customer base is what I’m trying to figure out?

right there with ya. i hope they let us clone to vanilla and tbc once vanilla ends, and then clone to tbc and wrath once tbc ends. then just end these servers at wrath. id gladly spend 15$ a toon for a clone again

Same! I love the idea of having permanent Vanilla, TBC, Wrath servers and being able to clone a copy and level to the next expansion if I want to. That way I could play any of those three versions of the game depending on which friends log on/what they’re playing.

i just want a warrior in each expac with thunderfury, warglaives, and shadowmorne. and to raid naxx sunwell and icecrown everyweek

If they haven’t confirmed it, it will continue to Wrath and maybe beyond. Why else would they not do something as simple as a ‘confirmation’???

i’ll still play.

Of course not. Blizzard would rather we just create characters on the server and then unsub… which is exactly what I did.

Will resub and start playing the second they give the word that it’s going to TBC Era.

I honestly don’t see why they couldn’t have one (1) server of each game type on each version of the game.

We’re past the point now where they could merge and shut down all the empty servers without disrupting a bunch of people.

Set a thresh hold of like 50-100 people online or something so that people who really like their small servers don’t lose 'em.
