I leveled 1-50 with 0 water usage its just a matter of working out which heals to use when. Stop using your most expensive heal to top people off at 80% or more expensive heals are for when people hit critical health levels.

I’d love to have that option. Even if I ask nicely there’s no way in heck the group will wait 30 seconds for me to fill up. Making it easier on healers isn’t a thing these days though
Like I said water usage is entirely optional in leveling content. Learning mana management while leveling will help you alot when you hit max level and start doing harder content.
It does require getting comfortable with your leveling dungeons where the damage is coming from and what is the minimum healing required for the content.
If the group doesn’t wait then let them die.
