Like many others I was taking an extended break away from WoW and had no idea they would automatically migrate my 2 BWL geared characters to these servers.
No emails were sent and they relied on forum posts to communicate these deadlines. Which is pretty steep expectation if someone is, you know, not playing your game.
We have all seen how people were able to transfer characters at the very start of HC so the service isn’t as “impossible” as they make it sound. Please continue to make posts until this gets resolved.

If you want a response I recommend the customer service forum and/or submitting an in game ticket.
The cloning service was retired and the characters passage cannot be undone so those are your best bets.
Check character restore; it has for a few actually worked, but its a very small chance to work.
Good, keep them coming. They said the only way they would reconsider this option is if enough people complained.
I would legit pay for this but the concept of pay first and it “might” work doesn’t sit well with me.

No they didn’t, basically they said just go complain on the forums.

I am willing to pay for this as well, if they ever make this option.
My character was forced to move to TBC without any notice during my afk. No email communication or text which I subscribed to.
Yeah… That’s what happens on progression realms. You had to clone and transfer to the era realms and you didn’t. Get over it.
