I have experience with pvp servers, it wasnt one time. It was from an imbalanced server. No one wants to deal with that crap again because it always happens.
Doesnt matter how many times it gets discussed in this thread, a pvp server will always inevitably end up skewed in one factions favor forcing the lesser faction to leave servers or quit. It always happens.

Well given how many people didnt enjoy it and how blizz wanted to get rid of it. Warmode is better than nothing.

Welcome to the club we got tshirts. You think you’re the only one to get screwed by blizzard in their chosen end-game? No. But you’re also not special to get them to use resources to create something only a niche few 50 or so plus did.
Blizzard cares more for pve, just how it is and they care more for raiding and mythic plus.
Nobody would join it because nobody cares about wpvp.
I’m sure they would if there was enough players to support it. Combine faction imbalance with general lack of interest in PvP by the community at large gets you……… war mode.
A pvp server today would be nearly empty and when you did find someone they would be horde.
Besides how is spawn camping any fun? That’s essentially wow world pvp.
this dont make any sense cuz before warmode most pvp servers but like 1 or 2 were one sided with one faction. i mean look at classic pvp servers.
I’m aware of that. I’m also aware that their attitude is self inflicting to the quality of the game. I’m sorry but I’m not going to sit on my hands quietly when there’s a clear problem.
It’s crazy to think these days that players just “put up” with Blizzards garbage
You think we put up with it? We’ve told them countless times, many of us from different playstyles. They only listen to the “hard-core” players. Everyone else is worthless to them.
Thats why many are doing the only thing that works, speaking with their wallets and leaving to other games like eso, ff, swtor and single player games.
The only part I disagree with is listening to the hardcore players. Where you’re right is them following the money. They honestly couldn’t give a damn about the top end of players with the decisions they’ve made
Its 50/50 with them. Some like it others dont but blizz has shown a disdain towards a lot of players, even more lately.
Which is why I push back on every aspect of the game. That includes WPvP because at the end of the day, they’re not trying at all. And the thought process I have is to imagine a game where they put forth effort in all areas of the game. Instead of… whatever this is they’ve been doing
It would be nice if they cared to balance the game out. Maybe Microsoft will change things. Guess we’ll see.

Try playing a pvp server in classic and play a pvp server on the least desired faction on the server and see how long can you survive.
You won’t.
Like seriously, when Classic WoW phase 2 rolled around, in those PvP servers where flight point camped, corpsed camped and or graveyard camp to the point Blizzard had to release BGs early because it was that unplayable for those people.
Luckily I choose a PvE server in the Classic WoW name reservation because I knew that would happen.
War mode exists if you want World PvP.
Personally seeing that the only way for actual change to occur is for Blizzard to have their arm twisted, I honestly don’t hold out any hope.
