Please Bring Back "Explain Report" and Add "Account Wide Ignore"

Not a bug report, but there’s no where to post suggestions. (Though one might say the lack of these features is a bug)

We are in dire need of you to return the option to explain why we’re reporting a post. There is often people in General Discussion (and I’m sure other forums) that posts bad faith posts meant solely to troll the community. However, due to how the posts are phrased, when we report them, they get unflagged and likely we get a mark for a false report when it isn’t false.

This also applies when someone is stalking you and you report them for it. The GMs have no idea this is happening. Since ignore is character specific, we can’t ignore the account as they just keep switching toons.

So please, I beg of you, bring back the ability to explain why we’re reporting someone, and the ability to ignore an entire account.

I agree I saw one concerning post about su***** well implying it but I did a real-life report on it but couldn’t explain why. Posts also need to be BNET wide or highest level account wide.

I can agree with this!

Of course there is. Any forum outside the Support forum group. General Discussion is probably the best choice since your suggestion isn’t topical to any of the other subforums.

As you acknowledge, your suggestion isn’t a bug report. Because of that, QA will just disregard it.

Yeah, I agree. It was sort of stupid to post it here, not to mention there are other bugs out there that need to be addressed yet there’s this post. It’s better to do the suggestion thing or general discussion, thats where I see a lot of suggestions.
