Youll never get better at pvp if you dont fight someone better than yourself. Sure if the skill gap is crazy different you might not learn as much as a slight difference but you still will learn if you try. Start by focusing on staying alive as long as you can against them. Using all your defensive cooldowns. Using the environment to your advantage like a pillar or tree. Using movement abilities to get away. There are options.

What your saying isn’t garbage and apologies if I come off a bit harsh, but the state of the WoW PvP ladder is not defensible. You’re not gonna beat a former Glad because you remembered to bind and use a defensive cooldown.
