Because they are doing something that they absolutely know is against the rules and choosing to do it anways its the same as botting, they are actively hindering the teams progress and denying a player who may want to play a spot

So, no warnings or chances just straight to a ban?
Is this strong-arm approach because you had some bad losses, and blame the few afk as the reason? If so, that seems quite farfetched to believe with 40-person teams. If itâs simply because they are âbreaking the rulesâ⌠phew, Blizz would be bankrupt if they banned every person over a single offense.
Its not a single offense they need to come down hard and fast to curb this behavior before it becomes 2019 all over again
as someone who plays rogue i can appear afk quite often but i assure you am i trying to defend a tower
Im talking people literally being on offense or defense and dead while there is a gy near by, its blatant

As the list of offences that afk report allowed wasâŚdoing the carebear quests.
Noting as we found outâŚnot all npcâs even give credit to show not AFK. that dude could have a killed a few mobs, game wonât see that.
Safest bet is the guards on towers/bunkers do count. everything else is iffy.
AFK reports for doing the pve quests. While irksome as core pvp playerâŚit is part of the content.
I deem most quests pointlessâŚbut if other players want to run them, they paid $15 just like I did. Have at it.
Well that and I have seen the horde ninja flip east or west too many times.
Its not like the quest runner could have helped. 20 people were already there picking their nose on noob hill and it flipped. that pve quest runner would probably have made it 21 really.
Go outside, touch grass and get laid. This is a 20 year old game.
