Indeed…however, it used to be (and might still be) that a Tauren doing a /moo would actually produce a vocal emote:
“Moo. There…happy?”
I’ll have to get on my Tauren when I get home, to see if it still works.

Only if Draenei get a screaming goat emote that went viral awhile back. Sounds like someone who just saw a massive spider crawling up there arm.
Rude thing to say about Hermione.
I disagree. On my server, Orgrimmar is a-buzz with more activity than I’ve seen in years. Players are interacting and having real fun, and it isn’t only Vulperan I see doing so. It’s a revitalization of which we were in dire need.
Yeah, that’s cool and all, but the cringe is out of control.
It’s sad to see people wallow in such negative bias. You continue to attribute a general perversity to them, but the majority of Vulperan players I’ve run into have been role-playing their characters with a demeanor of curiosity, respect and humor, with nary a hint of deviancy. The only ‘cringe’ to be seen are from those that insist on heckling, or trying to impede upon their enjoyment of the game.
It’s because furries, by their nature, are perverse.
I don’t like seeing that garbage, and actively try to avoid it. And now it’s explosively present everywhere I find Vulperans. I can’t report all these people for simply existing, but I can be angry with Blizzard for pushing them out, knowing full well how they’d be received by the furry community, and how they’d behave.
Foxes don’t even howl though?
More like a screechy bark.
Not all furries are vulpera and not all vulpera are furries. Bet you think all (x race here) (insert Y racial stereotype here) too don’t you?
that’s awesome /awoo could be more vulpine for vulpera or canine for worgen. I would even laugh if you /awoo too much on a vulpera they start coughing like okay that’s enough of that.
That just isn’t true. Makes me wonder if the only part of furry fandom you have seen is on 4chan. In which case any part of the human race would look perverse xD
I think Goblins should have a mercenary cackle. How cool would that be? Or, we could pull a bag full of gold coins from our pack and shake it at you, temporarily blinding you. Yeah, why not?
They basically want to censor content based on what the community might do to it. Have you seen the rule 34 Tyrande stuff out there? Don’t even get me started on Wrathduin shippers. If we start censoring content based on what a select group of players MIGHT do with it then there will be no more content because everything and anything is made into pr0nz on the internet.
I think it would be awesome if they rubbed their hands together in they stereotypical scheming fashion with a soft mumble or chuckle to themselves or took out a gold coin and bit it to ensure it’s not counterfeit.
You do realize that foxes don’t howl, right? Or sound like dogs? They whine, literally. Which I will support a whine emote.
You are 100% spot on.
i thought nobody knew what the foxes say
that’s why /awoo fits better than /howl it covers all the bases.
No… have you ever actually heard a fox? They don’t awoo. They whine, snark, wheeze, and purr.
There is no awooing, unless you’re a Worgen.
I learned that from one of the first youtube videos back in 2006! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRgNOyCnbqg
(this used to be funny to all you zoomers)
Wulm posted a video of a fox making an awoo noise not twelve minutes ago.
The parts of the furry fandom have been unfortunate encounters in real life, pardon the pun on my name.
That’s why I know that people who try to act as if it’s noble or just playful are utterly full of it.
I would rather deal with 10,000 racists than ever meet one of your disgusting kind again.
i’ve seen things, man. unforgettable things.
That was not remotely an a awoo. Look, I love Vulpera too, I really do. You don’t awoo because foxes don’t awoo. Deal. With. It.
