They are.
They are not yet ready to do so however and have apologized that a timeframe for that is not yet known.

Probably none. But if they aren’t doing it then it doesn’t matter.
Because that is what Blizzard offered after adding the option for Wrath. They canned the cloning originally offered with Era/TBCC. Why do that unless you don’t plan to support it going forward? They are trying to provide options but perhaps there are techincal limitations that would not make your request possible (as it may involve cloning).
Ask away if you like but I’m content with the choices they have offered as what is currently on the table is more than they planned to begin with.
