I know there have been many threads on this, but we’re on day 3 now and it still hasn’t happened. I don’t understand why so many are opposed to allowing free migrations so that we can enjoy the game. Many of us cannot wait in 3 hour queues because that wait-time exceeds the amount of time we can even play. Please allow players to migrate to lower population servers for free.

It wouldnt suprise me if blizzard is avoiding it in the hopes that people buy them instead.

Not sure why Blizz didn’t come up with this on their own.
I bet they won’t say anything till the last minute if they would do anything. Like for Tuesday’s maintenance next week, if they did it this way, I could see they announce that they are bringing free realm xfers to help with situation.
But the thing is they wouldn’t mention that till Sunday / Monday.
Then we’d have a list full of people complaining that they didn’t know free xfers were happening and that they want theirs for free.
I can’t help but feel like they want to take this opportunity to capitalize. I get it, it’s a business but a part of me still likes to think that Blizzard actually cares about their player-base and will be open to feedback.
