There is no reason flying shouldn’t be allowed. Not having it is a step back.

Agreed, especially for Dracthyr and Druids
For Dracthyr, flight is a major part of their racial identity, not to mention the whole “wings in a car” issue.
Plus it would allow us to takeoff and fly between skyscrapers like a freaking superhero. I mean when are we going to get a chance for that fantasy again?
For druids, again, flight is a major part of what they are, and it doesn’t make sense that they would embrace getting in a noisy polluting car over flying.
Not to mention that DRIVE is supposed to be faster than flight anyway
