you realize all these auction house flippers buy 10s of thousands of these at once to reset the price - I don’t think it should be made so easy for them. I think there should be a inconvenience factor at least to deter them.

I don’t see what that has to do with anything. Blizz has a restore service available now so that could just be added to it.
it was part of the same post your quoted and allowing an automatic restore makes them into saleable items again so no to that for the reasons stated.

there is no inconvenience factor. I have been flipping one item all expansion long and the only reason I don’t do more of it is because I run out of storage space. I don’t have the storage space to store 100s of thousands of items until I get the price to where I think it should be - you want to remove that inconvenience
