Please advise: Argus (tried it all and can’t get there)

Hi all, I have tried everything listed here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/123327 But still can’t get to Argus. The hand of fate quests doesn’t show even when I did the other three required quests. Even confirmed by the add-on: Quest Completist. It shows I did the three requests but shows the Hand of Fate with exclamation point (and sees to meet guide to exedra at the Stormwind Harbor but they aren’t showing.

At this stage (three days off attempting this with my 120 alliance character), classic is once again calling. Came to retail side for Shadowlands promise because I felt "retail: went off the rails candy land style. That said, its been very clunky moving from level 90-120 so quickly with so many loose ends.

Please advise. I wanted the void elf line to await shadowland with a few other 120s.

Can you pick up “The Hand of Fate” directly from Khadgar in the Violet Citadel? At some point they changed it from an auto-pop quest to one you had to actually pick up. (Also, make sure you didn’t pick it up without noticing when doing other quests in Legion.)

There may also be some phasing issues in Stormwind. If you haven’t done the BfA intro on the character, that can cause all sorts of issues with other quests in Stormwind.

No I can’t. Its become very frustrating because I can’t even open a ticket with attempting to sending me in an endless loop to the link I posted above. Their “self-help” does nothing for me and I can’t get someone who works for them to look into my actual account/in game history. I have all the quests after it but not it. My quest record as an add-on confirms says I haven’t done hand of fate. Its no where top be found in game for me.

What do you mean by this? Have you been able to do some of the Argus followup quests? When you go to Krasus’s Landing, is there a beacon there to go to the Vindicar?

It might help if you posted on the character having issues (or at least the character name and realm) so that others can poke through wowhead’s quest completion tool to look for clues.
