The 3 day raid reset sounds good on paper but it is a pain in the butt when it comes to organizing guild raids since it is impossible to set a raid schedule that doesn’t have to change almost on a weekly basis.
How about something like …
Resets on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday every week. (3 runs per week)
I know it isn’t as important yet because it is just phase 2 but the shifting 3 day reset make it harder for Guilds to build up a team to be ready for the large weekly raids we are looking forward in later Phases.

To spell it out, I believe what the OP would like is a rotating 84 hour reset. Just in case someone at Blizz is bad at math.
Just pick the days you want to raid. Easy peasy.
If you can only get your team together once a week then just do it once a week and let people pug outside that.
All we do is set up a raid signup in our discord and manage 2 or 3 raids a week between mains and alts.
Unless you’re doing that gearing out a core team of raiders with a supporting cast nonsense. Don’t really care about your troubles if that’s the issue.
