Im also starting to think this is bugged and came to see if others were seeing the same thing: This vendor hasnt had any other items except the cake for almost 2 weeks. At first I thought it was rotating, but either he has everything, or nothing but the cake for days.
Is he supposed to rotate though his available items like the feast tables?
So far this week, on all my characters, this npc is selling nothing. Doesnt seem to cycle in any sort of pattern.
i hope it’s just a bug that they’ll have fixed by next tuesday’s patch…but i haven’t seen any datamined hotfixes for it so…not looking good 
Another reset, and the Ruby feast has no quests and the vendor npc Coulisa is STILL not selling anything. They rotate between nothing, and only the fruit cake. No other items available.
still no dev note to suggest this was an intentional change…and i’m down to my last few stacks.

this still hasn’t been fixed after two major updates to the game?
what the heck? i’d imagine this isn’t as complicated as adding a new spell to a class or something…can we get this fixed? hello?
almost out of salad!!
the salad also removes itself after you do instanced content (like timewalking or heroics)… 
i know they’re busy working on more “important” things…but this is one of my favorite features in the xpac, i visit the ruby area daily…hope they haven’t forgotten about it.

For me after completing all the quests and got the achievement, the only item I can buy from Coulisa is the Picante Pomfruit Cake and it’s been like this everyday day for the past 4 weeks since the day I have completed the achievement.
And no one knows if this is a bug or not?

yeah…i’m not sure.
I was certain they’d have it fixed by the new 10.0.5 patch, or at least within weeks of its release…but nope…
let’s be real though - after doing some m+ in bugged out places like AA, this game is still completely broken…so not sure this is on their radar atm 
I slightly found a way around this? i’m not sure if it’ll work for everyone but it’s worth a shot. I took one of my alts through the Ruby Feast quests up until the one that rewards the dreamsalad, completed that quest, and no more. I can now buy the dreamsalad and only the dreamsalad on that character, but still not on my main. I bought 900 in case it bugs again. It’s definitely not the fix I’d want, but at least a small possible work around for us who love our flowers.

I think your experience only moves us closer to believing this really is an unintentional bug

seriously! they fixed the “bug” that gave me infinite amounts of the rare vintage arcwine…but won’t put my salad back on the menu! smh
