If we aren’t going to fix PvP anytime soon, can we please add a spirit res inside the Mara cave? It’s pretty annoying spending 5 minutes walking back, just to die again.

It really is. Just wait for 2-3 more groups to finish their WO run. Now you have 30-40 people vs their 20.
Spending 30 minutes between every WO run trying to coordinate this is prohibitively wasteful of time, it’s faster to death walk. What is wrong with adding a spirit res just outside the cave entrance?
Sir, this is a video game. You stopped whatever else you were doing during the day to sit down at a desk behind a computer to play a video game for a length of time.
