When you type /roar, your character will unleash a roar or bellow type sound… unless you’re a Draenei female, LFD female, or Blood Elf female.
Draenei and Blood Elf females each get one less /charge quote than their male counterparts, with one of said quotes being reused for their /roar instead of them getting an actual /roar.
Lightforged Draenei females use the exact same charge quote /roar that regular Draenei females use for some reason (even though I’m almost certain they used to get an actual roar).
Here are the Blood Elf and Draenei /charge quotes and /roars arranged in tables. For the Blood Elves I got the quotes from Wowpedia, but for the Draenei I couldn’t find them written out anywhere so I just had to listen to them in game and write them down, so I may have spelling errors on the Draenei language quotes.

This should be a relatively easy fix, as it’s only three roar sounds (one of which, LFD, may already exist).
If Blizzard didn’t want to add new ones, they could even reuse existing roars. Dwarf females and Undead females share the same /roar sound for example, and it suits both well enough. Yrel (a female Draenei) also uses a human female /roar on a WoD cutscene.
