Whirlwind is very useless and never pressed. Other classes have stronger AoE options that they don’t even have to talent into. It feels like a no-brainer to me but it wasn’t implemented at the start of Midnight which was surprising and also dissapointing.

genuinely cleave is more fun and interesting than whirlwind, it requires an extra second of thought to your positioning
fury can be the whirlwind spam spec, arms can be the cleave positioning spec
and prot can use whichever they fancy when thunderclap is on cd
and while they’re at it, “2 target cleave” isn’t a thing, make sweeping strikes a 3 or 5 target buff (preference to 3, but 2 is dumb and will always be dumb)
