You can’t. The Wrath of the Lich King classic servers are all progression servers, which means that they are all going to update to Cataclysm Classic, and then Mists Classic, and so on. Blizzard has stated they are not doing era realms for the Wrath of the Lich King at this time.

You have to install it since it is a live service game. Now you can stay and keep playing wrath, but you have to play with cataclysm updates and changes.
