Playing this game called DFO

I’ve been playing WoW all day, and then switching to DFO at night.

DFO is an amazing game. Little snapple fact – it’s actually the highest grossing game in the world. And thus, one of the most profitable consumer products. It’s made ~20 billion.

It’s a fantastic game. It’s definitely old, but if you like anime / sprite graphics I highly reccomend. AMAZING raid and content. It’s still a hit in Korea, and it has a really cool ranking system over there called Dfcat, unfortunately we don’t have it yet in Global, but they said we are going to have it soon as all of the APIs have been released.

As THEE model Korean gacha game, it’s surpsingly not very buy to win. Everything can be bought with gold. And gold is fairly easy to farm. I think they made all of their money from China during the earlier phases of the game. For example they just gave away like the latest and greatest transmogs in the game, for free, one per account, because there was some scandle with a dev selling gold for profit. I think Neople is switching over to new products (they just released a very well done fighting game called DNF, it isnt in the tournament circuit currently but its… a very good game, great graphics and very well done. Neople has also been grinding out a sequel to DFO, but canned it after something like 4 years… and turned it into two seperate games. One will be more of a sequel to DFO, and the other will be a dark souls like game.)

Just spreading the word if you need an alt game!

It’s one of the games I enjoy on the side because I love hack n’ slash combat.

I still want to play the fighting game they have on Steam, despite it’s mixed reviews, and I await their other spin-off titles, as well.
